Considering this comment, in 2024, we founded the
Intellias Vision Award — an annual celebration of those driving success and shaping the future by bringing Intellias' vision and values to life. It honors those who drive innovation, growth, client success, and empathy across the company. More than 900 employees participated in the first year of the Award.
Another essential source of feedback is our clients. So this year we’ve launched the
Customer Voice campaign — a structured, consistent way in which we gather feedback from our customers and turn it into continuous improvement. We focus on two key metrics: Customer Satisfaction (how satisfied our customers are with our overall performance) and Net Promoter Score (customer loyalty and shows how likely they are to recommend our services to others.) The Customer Voice runs twice a year — during April and October.
