Employee engagement — 97% & eNPS – 66.

Employee engagement — It means that 97% of survey respondents claimed that they are satisfied with their work at Intellias.  

eNPS — 66% of colleagues who took part in the survey said that they would recommend Intellias as a place to work.
Internal processes
Last year, we launched the Have Your Say button on the Intems main page, so you can share your feedback on any aspect of the company life with us and help us improve. This way, we've received 98 requests, 68 of which were resolved (69%).
We've launched the Talent Search tool for managers and everyone who work with presales and job opportunities, to secure Intellias specialists with more prospects within the company. Now, we have nearly 2700 users with skills in our database and 111K+  skills in total — which improves overall talent visibility at Intellias and promotes talent mobility inside the company.

Recognition
Considering this comment, in 2024, we founded the Intellias Vision Award — an annual celebration of those driving success and shaping the future by bringing Intellias' vision and values to life. It honors those who drive innovation, growth, client success, and empathy across the company. More than 900 employees participated in the first year of the Award.

Another essential source of feedback is our clients. So this year we’ve launched the Customer Voice campaign — a structured, consistent way in which we gather feedback from our customers and turn it into continuous improvement. We focus on two key metrics: Customer Satisfaction (how satisfied our customers are with our overall performance) and Net Promoter Score (customer loyalty and shows how likely they are to recommend our services to others.) The Customer Voice runs twice a year — during April and October.
Communication and trust
We have allocated a budget for specific positions in Delivery Centers to enhance job security, and we prioritize internal candidates during the hiring process to promote internal mobility.
Last year we shifted from the Global Town Hall format to All Hands online gatherings: more speakers, more updates, an opportunity to ask your questions. Additionally, the Internal Comms team is currently working on redesigning comms frameworks for Intellias locations and departments. So stay tuned for the updates.
We now have a subscription option for specific categories of corporate emails, which you can manage in your IntelliHub profile.
Learning and development
To cover this request, we've implemented and now are strengthening the Learning Partner role to enhance the identification of your development needs.
We've decided to transition to LinkedIn Learning to expand license availability and diversify tech and non-tech learning options. Scheduled for July, 2025.
In 2024-2025, our Growth & Development Team has delivered 6 training programs in collaboration with 13 external providers.
Corporate goods and events
We agree with you and also enjoy our corporate gatherings! This is why, starting last year, we arranged regular office days in our offices to spend quality time together as One Team.
We've conducted an employee survey on how to refine product offerings in IntelliStore. Based on your feedback, we expanded IntelliStore merchandise availability internationally and enhanced seasonal product updates.
Office and hardware
In 2024-2025, we've launched 7 new offices in 6 locations. In the Lviv and Kyiv offices, we introduced IntelliWell spaces to support mental health and well-being. Additionally, we opened a baby care room in the Lviv office and installed a diaper changing station in the Kyiv office.
We revised the hardware replacement policy and approved the budget for planned upgrades. Currently, we are analyzing outsourcing options with the procurement team and preparing to launch a structured process for hardware retirement and renewal
